Click "Tools
> Internet Options" while in Internet Explorer
Click the
"Programs" tab and click the "Reset web settings"
button
Click the
"General" tab
Change your Home Page
back to what you want
Click the
"OK" button to exit and save
Select the "View
> Toolbars" menu and turn off the Xupiter toolbar
Exit Internet
Explorer
Run the following
three commands at the command prompt or in the Run dialog (click Start
> Run):
regsvr32 /u "c:\Program Files\Xupiter\Updates\XupiterToolbar.dll"
regsvr32 /u "c:\Program Files\Xupiter\Updates\XTUpdate.dll"
regsvr32 /u "c:\Program Files\Xupiter\Updates\XTSearch.dll"
Remove (delete) the
Xupiter entries from the following registry location (use REGEDIT from the
Run dialog in Windows 9x or REGEDT32 in Windows NT/2000/XP):
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
Reboot your computer
Delete the Xupiter
directory from C:\Program Files
