the time: 18th century
the place: the cellar of the great hospital and inside Mary's head.
the situation: Mary Girard is a pregnant woman placed under confined circumstances because it is believed by her husband that she is insane. Under such conditions, she believes there are others in the room with her. Those others are the furies, the ones in charge of her mind, her past, and her future. She believes they know everything. She recalls memories of her childhood, when she was nothing but a peasent, when she met Mr. Girard, and what happened after they got married. At the end she has no choice but to go insane.
Quotes
"It was a Major Blast.
we all got along great.
and worked hard to make it happen.
I can say that we were all very happy with the outcome of our efforts,
and it is something we can look back and be proud of the way it all turned out.
I think we all became very close during all those practices and bus rides.
I will miss them all very much when I graduate.

It was a Blast,
We came,
we competed,
we conquered what we wanted to conquer,
and had a blast.
