Mr. Bessler's 5th hour body conditioning

"The largest advantage of the weight testing week is to know how to set schedules for the next period or quarter.   We us the percentage of what they test on  in order to set the schedule for the next two months.  Everyone is an individual, so they are not required to lift a certain amount.  If they want on the board or a free t-shirt, the boys must lift a total six times their weight and the girls five times their weight in the three area."   Mr. Bessler said.

Dale is bench pressing while Mr. Bessler spots him.   Dale pressed 245 pounds which combined with the other two lifts qualified him to be on the board.  Dale's three lifts totaled 1025 pounds.   Lora demonstrates the box squat while being assisted by Mr. Bessler.  Lora squatted 375 pounds.

Mr. Bessler assists Zac with the bench press.   Zac pressed 275 pounds on this test.  Zac replied, "I like to do the weight testing because I improve myself each time I test out of something."
