Imperial Manor

Imperial Manor is a 53-bed long-term care facility. We provide a continuum of care that includes Day Care, Hospice Care, Respite Care, Intermediate Care, and Skilled Care. Depending on the needs of the resident, the staff will assist meeting the needs of the individual in a safe, kind and loving manner.

We provide around the clock nursing staff to monitor and provide the needs of the resident. Nursing provides medications, treatments, bathing, assistance in feeding, walking, transferring, and all other aspects of daily living. We provide transportation in town to and from appointments of all types at no charge.

There are activities scheduled seven days a week to keep your loved one active. Some of these activities include: fishing trips and picnics at the lake, downtown shopping trips, downtown theater, fair, holiday events, bingo, music, individualized activities, and many more too numerous to mention.

Imperial Manor assists residents in remaining as independent as possible with the assistance of a Restorative Program. This involves staff that work with the residents on an individual basis with range of motion exercises, walking, eating, and strengthening exercises.

Social Service assistance is provided fulltime to assist with the emotional and personal needs of the residents and families.

Parkview-Heights

Parkview-Heights is a 50-bed assisted living/independent facility. This facility provides the independence you want, yet gives you the comfort of having someone close in case of emergencies. You will find beautiful studio or one and two bedroom apartments available for rent. Many have a small storage building and outside patio. Garages are also available. There are call systems for each apartment, and the facility is monitored 24 hours a day by an on-duty staff person. We provide social services and a wide range of activities.

For the independent resident, breakfast and lunch will be provided with the option of receiving supper; also, bi-weekly or weekly housekeeping. There are laundry facilities on each wing. We provide transportation to in-town appointments or shopping. Some of the other options that can be contracted for are health checks, bathing, laundry, and medication checks.

The assisted living resident will receive three meals a day, assistance with medications (if needed), health checks, assistance with bathing (if needed), weekly housekeeping, and laundry services. Transportation in town to and from appointments and shopping is provided.
